On Friday 6 November, 50 years on from when our work first started there, we will be reviving the spirit of old Spitalfields in the iconic crypt at Christ Church to help raise funds for our work.
With room for just 50 sleepers, we’re hoping to raise £15,000 on the night to go towards our ‘progression’ team that help people in recovery from addictions move permanently into work, training or education.
A Royal visitor will be joining us in the evening!
Whilst the experience will take place in a newly beautified space, participants will get a sense of the hardship endured by homeless people by spending a night on the cold hard floor of the crypt. A simple supper and hot breakfast will be provided.
Be one of the first to bed down in the newly-restored crypt of this historic Hawksmoor-designed Christ Church Spitalfields in the heart of East London!
