Nicole has 46 years of experience as an education leader and was awarded the Essex County Council Lifetime Achievement Award in 2018. She is passionate about the education of girls and empowering them to believe in themselves and supporting their ambitions for the future.

Nicole also instilled in her students the importance of contributing to the community, and, in particular, supporting those less fortunate than themselves.
